Designed to enhance the Kojin Grill, the Kojin Grill Coal Plate Unit is a stainless steel insert that holds additional coal for increased convection capacity.  When the Kojin Grill Coal Plate Unit is added to the , heat circulation decreases cooking time while creating optimal food caramelization.
